DEE R. WEST Consulting Service, founded in 1983, provides assistance to manufacturing, distribution, retail and service businesses on operating
issues including profitability, cost, quality, cash and inventory management,
and service to the customer. Specific
expertise is offered in the areas of computer systems and their application, all
aspects of materials management, supply
chain management, operations planning and improvement including economic analysis
and business process improvement.
The Consulting Service’s basic approach is to structure consulting activities to meet the unique needs of the client rather than to promote consulting “packages”. Emphasis is placed on practical approaches and solutions that will be effective in the client’s environment.
Relationships have been established with a number of independent consultants, consulting companies
and engineering services companies. These and other relationships allow the Consulting
Service to complete larger projects by forming teams of highly qualified individuals with the specific expertise to address
the client’s needs.
